Sebastian Pötz joined Humanis as Managing Director in 2024. With passion and entrepreneurial flair, he is responsible for the “Permanent Employment” division and has made it his mission to expand and strengthen the team in a targeted manner.
Sebastian began his career in international HR consulting, where he learned from the ground up how to connect the right people with each other. After completing his MBA at Mannheim Business School, Sebastian built his career at SAP, one of the world’s leading software companies. There, as a Global Account Manager, he gained in-depth experience in strategic consulting for global blue-chip corporations. During this time, he not only developed go-to-market strategies and built strong customer relationships, but also refined his skills in leadership and complex project management.
As a communicative, determined, and empathetic partner, Sebastian is passionate about creating win-win situations. For him, recruiting is more than just placement—it is the art of connecting the right people in a targeted manner.
In his free time, he enjoys exploring nature, playing sports, and discovering Zurich’s diverse culinary scene. But he prefers to spend this time with his family.

Fabian Koch

Fabian Koch is Managing Partner of Humanis AG since 2022, and he takes the operative responsibility for the company. During his many years working in the HR, finance, consumer goods and industrial sectors, Fabian Koch was able to acquire a broad range of industry expertise in various functions. He has extensive recruiting experience as a personnel service provider and line manager and led the Finance, Banking and HR teams in a renowned personnel consulting firm, which he built up and expanded.
His strength lies in market development and stabilising different teams in a dynamic environment.
After completing his Bachelor’s degree in International Management at Franklin University in Lugano, Fabian Koch completed a dual Executive Master’s degree with a focus on marketing and sales at Bocconi University in Milan and ESADE Law & Business School.
Fabian Koch is bilingual and speaks fluent English and very good Italian in addition to his native German and French.
In his free time, he is passionate about sailing across the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. In winter, Fabian Koch can be found skiing in the Alps. He is also interested in art and culture.

Anastassia Britvich
Head of Assistants
Anastassia Britvich works as Head of Assistants at Humanis AG. She leads the assistant team and, together with her team, supports the consultants with administrative tasks.
Anastassia completed her apprenticeship as a certified hotel specialist (EFZ) at a renowned business hotel, where she gained valuable experience in hotel operations as well as deep insights into the administrative and organizational side of the business. In her previous role at the subsidiary of Humanis AG, she worked in the reception and administration departments, where she built a solid understanding of internal processes, organizational tasks, and recruitment procedures. These experiences form the foundation of her current leadership skills and strategic thinking.
Through her new role as Head of Assistants, Anastassia is taking on increasingly responsible tasks, demonstrating her abilities in team leadership, coordination, and process optimization. She not only supports the consultants but also ensures that the assistant team works efficiently and purposefully.
In addition to her native languages, German and Russian, Anastassia has strong English skills.
In her free time, Anastassia enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her passion for yoga and traveling to different countries helps her gain new perspectives and fosters her creative energy.

Jona Ademi
Administrative Assistant
Jona Ademi has been working as an assistant at Humanis AG since 2024 and supports the consultants with administrative tasks.
Jona Ademi completed her apprenticeship as a commercial clerk EFZ and gained valuable experience in dealing with customers and suppliers, which strengthened her communication and negotiation skills. In addition to customer service, she was also responsible for organizing and managing appointments and other administrative tasks. After completing her training, she was able to further develop these skills in practice and gain professional experience in the efficient handling of business processes.
In addition to her mother tongues German and Albanian, she has a very good command of English.
In her free time, Jona enjoys playing volleyball, which gives her a sporting balance and team spirit. Spending time with family and friends is also very important to her. She also likes to immerse herself in exciting books and enjoy movies and series to discover new stories and perspectives.

Jutta Schilling has been with Humanis AG since 2015 and has successfully built up the Humanis Executive Assistance area of expertise. After her activity as a team leader starting from 2016, she has been promoted to practice Leader in January 2018, is since then member of the executive board and leads the consultants in the competence teams executive assistance, human resources and finance & controlling. Alongside her executive functions, she recruits qualified executive assistants for her clients’ group management or management board.
Jutta Schilling has many years of experience in recruitment and leadership as well as profound business knowledge. She has been working for 18 years for one of the world’s largest IT providers in Switzerland, where she has occupied various management positions and worked as a strategic HR business partner as well as a manager of the career center in Switzerland. Prior to this, she worked for five years in management at a medium-sized company in the area of sales and marketing. There she was responsible for development and management of new line organisations as well as for HR projects. Jutta Schilling has broad expertise in organisational development and change management. Sofia Guidi has been part of the humanis finance & controlling competence team since 2016 and specializes in recruiting specialists and executives in the areas of accounting, controlling, financial analysis, and external and internal auditing. With over ten years of experience in HR consulting and a Master of Science in International Management with a focus on finance & accounting, business strategy, and human resource management, she brings in-depth expertise, a strong network, and excellent market knowledge to the table.
Her career began at an international personnel consulting firm in London, where she managed all research activities for executive search, prepared market analyses, identified candidates, and conducted interviews and assessments. This international experience enables her to successfully implement national and global talent projects and provide optimal support to companies and candidates alike.
Today, as a manager and senior consultant, she and her team are sought-after contacts for companies looking for the right people in finance and controlling. She combines her industry knowledge with a structured search methodology and knows how to support clients as a strategic sparring partner. Kateryna Winteler joined the Finance & Controlling competence team at Humanis AG in 2023 and took on the role of Senior Consultant in 2024. She specializes in filling particularly demanding specialist and management positions and supports manufacturing companies in filling key roles sustainably and successfully.
Her expertise covers the entire spectrum of finance and controlling – from accounting, reporting, auditing, and treasury to business partnering, financial planning and analysis, and strategic team leader and CFO roles. Thanks to her deep understanding of the market and her industry knowledge, she is able to develop the right solution for every recruiting challenge. Kateryna combines analytical acumen with empathy, creating the basis for tailor-made placements that convince both clients and candidates.
Before joining Humanis, Kateryna worked as a business project manager in the financial sector, where she was responsible for strategic initiatives and supported complex projects. Prior to that, she worked as a personal financial advisor and columnist for various financial and trade media. She also gained experience at an investment foundation focusing on commodity trading, an environment in which she deepened her market knowledge in the industrial and energy sectors.
Her academic career includes a Master of Arts in Business Management in Ukraine and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a focus on leadership, business strategy, and finance.
Having grown up multilingual, Kateryna is fluent in German, English, Ukrainian, and Russian, enabling her to navigate international contexts with confidence.

Lucas Schnell
Senior Consultant | IT
Lucas Schnell has been working as a Senior Consultant in the IT competence team at Humanis AG since 2025. As a Senior Consultant, he specializes in the recruitment of specialists and management personnel in the SAP FI/CO field.
Prior to his role at Humanis AG, Lucas Schnell gained his first experience in IT recruitment in the agency environment. Most recently, he worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at an internationally operating consulting firm. In addition to recruiting SAP consultants, he was responsible for employer branding projects, networking, and recruiting events, and served in an advisory role for business partners.
He completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Communication at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zurich.
In addition to his native German, he has excellent proficiency in English.
In his free time, Lucas Schnell enjoys sports and follows his favorite sport, football, as a passionate fan. He finds relaxation in spending time with friends and family, as well as in traveling to warmer climates. Outside of work, he is politically active in a voluntary capacity.

Reto Schlumpf
Payroll Recruiting Expert | Payroll / Compensation & Benefits
Reto Schlumpf has been working as a senior consultant in the Payroll/Compensation & Benefits competence team at Humanis AG since 2022 and has built up a broad network and several platforms in his field of activity during this time.
With almost 30 years of professional experience, Reto Schlumpf has in-depth knowledge of the agency and service industries. In the first five years after completing his training as a chef and service employee, he held various national and international positions and worked for hotel companies. For several years, he was sales manager at a leading Swiss event agency, where he was responsible for the sales and booking team and was subsequently promoted to co-director. In this role, he expanded his strategic employee, planning, and decision-making skills. Before joining Humanis AG, he worked as Head of Sales & Marketing on the executive board, where he was responsible for all sales and marketing activities as well as relationship management. Reto Schlumpf expanded his management skills by successfully completing a degree in hotel management.
In addition to his native language, German, he is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.
Reto Schlumpf likes to spend his free time practicing aikido, cycling, and diving. He also attaches great importance to continuing his education in the areas of finance and geopolitical events.

Research Analyst
Andrea Meier works as a research consultant in the Humanis AG research team. Her responsibilities include researching potential candidates as well as the systematic and goal-oriented analysis of the current market situation.
Andrea Meier completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the Hult International Business School in London. Since then, Andrea Meier has worked as an administrative assistant in various positions, gaining experience in customer service and taking on administrative and organizational tasks.
In addition to her native German, Andrea Meier has a good command of English.
