All candidates are systematically checked for the position to be filled in a personal interview. The findings are translated into a comprehensive candidate dossier. In addition to the curriculum vitae, this contains a personality profile, the motive for the change, a summary of the career with background information and our assessment of suitability for the position to be filled.
